Due Date will be same date each month depending on start date, i.e. if start 15th that is Due Date. We will set-up a recurring invoice in Square for you to pay each month on Due Date. If not paid within 10 days of due date a $10 late fee will be applied to bill.
You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the web site are either owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.
We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles and in books about web design.
We own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you and we license it to you for use only in intended project. We own the HTML markup, CSS and other code and we license it to you for use in only this project. You can not use anything we create for you without our permission in any other project than what is intended for.
You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed, unless term 6 is executed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
For Monthly Agreements (Base-$160, Ridge-#300, Peak-$450, Summit-$600); shall continue as stated until terminated by either party, providing sixty (60) days written notice to the other party, and providing two months of payment after written notice.
If sixty (60) day Notice is given, we will switch your website/hosting back to your prior website/hosting (before we updated your website), before the sixty (60) days is up.
